Leader Formation International serve veteran and emerging leaders around the world in a broad range of areas—church leadership, ministry leadership, business leadership, family leadership. And since LFI is based upon the reality that people lie at the heart of leadership development, we uses a number of discipleship settings—personal mentoring, seminars, conferences, workshops, leader assessments—to convey the good news of biblical leadership.

It’s the good news that God desires to transform the hearts of talented and driven leaders and to free them from the struggles which may debilitate them: fear of failure, anger, workaholism, addictions, control issues, neglected relationships.

Of course this transformation involves brokenness and humility. But the beauty of the Gospel is that it is precisely through brokenness and humility that God transforms individuals into the leaders he desires. The personal growth of the sanctification process is the result of God’s grace toward those who depend upon Christ. And through this process they discover the spiritual gifts God has provided; they discover the wisdom of work-life balance; they discover the satisfaction of being formed as God’s leaders.
