Our Vision
To be a growing international force led by a sustained coalition of like-minded, credible voices who are called by God to the Leader Formation message. To be an ecosystem of mentoring networks, conferences, weekend events, evaluation tools, lectures, personal mentoring opportunities, online resources, and ministry moments. All of this is built with the intent to graciously redirect the culturally misaligned hearts of leaders toward biblical leadership. It helps leaders find their strength in the weakness of God and the humility of Christ through the Spirit's power for the sake of those they lead to multiple generations. It calls leaders to step into the leader formation process and challenges them to recognize that what Christ desires to form in them is always the paramount issue.
